our secure Paypal shopping cart. Goods are shipped once
final payment has been cleared. Payment for goods on back
order will be processed when the product is in stock and
ready to ship. Please note that orders can also be placed by
phone, fax or email.
Delivery
Purchases will be shipped via Australia
Post within 24 hours after payment has been received. Allow
5-10 business days for delivery. We do not take
responsibility for lost orders whilst in transit with
Australia Post.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return
for an exchange or credit note within 10 business days of
the order date. For hygiene reasons we do not accept
earrings unless they are damaged or faulty. You need to
include your name and contact details and a reason for the
return and include the receipt of purchase. You will need to
keep the tags on the products. Postage and handling fees are
not refundable.
