How do I order your products?
We have provided an easy purchasing system using Paypal.
You simply go the product you would like to purchase, click
on the "Add to cart" icon and add the product to your cart.
You can order multiple products and this will simply be
added to your list of purchases for you to check and pay
for.
How can I pay?
You have the option to pay with credit card such as
Visa, Mastercard, directly from your bank or Paypal account.
All payments will be processed by Paypal.
How are the products delivered?
The products will be delivered to your door within 72
hours of ordering and payment. We use Australia Post for all
our postage within Australia and overseas.
Do you have gift vouchers?
We do have gift vouchers. They come in three amounts.
$50, $100, $150.
Do you charge for postage of Gift Vouchers?
We do not charge for postage of gift vouchers.
I do not live in Australia, can I still order your
products?
Yes. Our website can be accessed from anywhere in the
world. Simply choose product, click onto the products, pay
and the products will be packed and sent to you. Note:
Please allow more than 7-10 business days for overseas
purchases.
Can I return the products?
Yes you can. We have an exchange and return policy if
you are not entirely satisfied with our products. Within our
policy rules however, we do not accept any products for
exchange or return if items have been worn or tampered with.
How do I wear your detachable bra straps?
Our glamorous bra straps are simple to wear. You detach
your current bra straps from your lingerie (can only be worn
if bras have hooks on both ends) and place the Crystallized
Bra Straps with the hooks which are attached to bra and it
is worn in place of your regular elastic bra strap.
